Management system   

Century Huaxin Wind Energy Co., Ltd. will undergo external audits at least once a year since it passes the ISO 45001 certification of the occupational safety and health management system in 2023. The Environmental Safety Office is responsible for supervising and coordinating the promotion of occupational safety management work by each unit, and It is applicable to all employees within the entire factory. Relevant regulations for third-party personnel are separately stipulated in the contract. Through the PDCA cycle, we continue to improve and regularly review various performance indicators in the company's occupational safety and health committee. In addition, we also promote personnel health care and emergency response through regular employee health examinations and safety drills.

Safety culture

As part of Century Huaxin Wind Energy Co.,Ltd.’s HSSE policy, it is the intention that all employees, subcontractors, outside workers and others involved in the project contribute to reducing the number of injuries and contribute to the improvement of Century Huaxin Wind Energy Co.,Ltd.’s overall safety culture. In order to achieve the policy objectives, relevant activities were carried out on site, including:

On-site inspection/safety walk

HSSE safety walks will be conducted weekly and the results of the inspections will be the subject of CHWE's internal HSSE meetings, with any health, safety or environmental observations reported to the relevant departments for follow-up. The goal is to improve the safety culture of all parties involved in client projects and ensure the overall goal of zero harm.
